We're looking not only for a tenant, but also a partner.  We match the stellar land lording we provide in perfect partnership with the love and care provided by the family who lives there.  The process which follows, helps us determine if we are a match.

Your Needs

Every step of the way during our remodel process we have you in mind.  Do you need USB power outlets?  Do you want contemporary decor with upscale lighting?  Can we help you save money by providing all LED lighting?  Throughout our design stage, we ask ourselves, would I love it?  Does it have the 'Wow' factor?  Would I live here and would I live here for many years to come?  We don't stop remodeling and upgrading our properties until we can answer 'Yes' to these questions.

Our Needs

We have needs too.  We need an individual or family to live in and love the house.  We need someone who will take care of the house and report needed repairs to us immediately that may arise throughout the years they live there.  We need someone to pay their rent on time 100% of the time, so we require that our tenants arrange with their bank to automatically draft the rent on the 28th day of the previous month it is due.
